Vendors are responsible for defective-product returns and applicable recovery costs or deductions in accordance with the Vendor Terms and applicable law.
Verdicart will apply the marketplace change-of-mind policy stated in the Vendor Terms, subject to applicable consumer law. The policy will clearly state when a change-of-mind return is not accepted after delivery.
Dispatch, stock accuracy, product quality and customer-service performance may affect continued marketplace participation and may result in documented deductions where the Vendor Terms permit.
Vendor earnings are calculated from eligible completed sales, less the applicable marketplace commission and approved adjustments. Payouts are prepared for the 15th of each month.

Items priced at R150 or below currently carry a 6% marketplace commission. Items above R150 carry 7%. The rate applies across categories.
Eligible completed sales are prepared for payout on the 15th of each month, subject to the Vendor Terms and approved adjustments.
Vendors are responsible for defective-product returns and applicable recovery costs or deductions where the Vendor Terms and applicable law permit.
Yes. Approved vendors can use the Seller Centre to manage eligible products and submit products for Verdicart review.
