Lost or Missing Packages

If your package is marked as Delivered but you have not received it, please follow these steps:

1. Confirm that the delivery address matches the address provided with your order.
2. Check with neighbours, building security or household members who may have accepted the package.
3. Use your tracking information to contact the courier for further delivery details.
4. If the courier confirms that the package has been lost, contact Verdicart with your order details.
