Important Delivery Information

• Deliveries take place on business days and do not normally occur on weekends or public holidays.
• We currently deliver within South Africa.
• Please provide a complete physical delivery address.
• We do not deliver to PO Boxes.
• Courier delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and courier operations.
• Unexpected delays caused by external factors such as severe weather, courier disruptions or strikes may occasionally occur.
• If an unexpected delay affects your order, we will communicate relevant updates where possible.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your package is marked as Delivered but you have not received it, please follow these steps:

1. Confirm that the delivery address matches the address provided with your order.
2. Check with neighbours, building security or household members who may have accepted the package.
3. Use your tracking information to contact the courier for further delivery details.
4. If the courier confirms that the package has been lost, contact Verdicart with your order details.
