Returns Eligibility

Due to the nature of international logistics, returns are only accepted under the following circumstances:

Lost Packages

Delivered but Not Received

If your tracking information shows that the package has been marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please:

  • Check with neighbors or household members

  • Contact your local courier or delivery service

Verdicart is not responsible for stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. However, we will assist customers where possible in contacting the courier and filing a claim.

Non-Refundable Situations
