Because Verdicart operates as a dropshipping store, some items may ship directly from international warehouses.

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped and you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.

Please note:

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

  • During peak seasons or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the product ordered.

For international shipments, the estimated delivery timeframe is 7–21 business days.

In some cases, delivery may take up to 30 business days due to:

  • Customs processing

  • Carrier delays

  • High seasonal demand

  • Weather disruptions

  • Local postal service delays

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on several factors, including:

From time to time, Verdicart may offer Free Shipping promotions. When available, this will be clearly indicated on the product page or during checkout.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

For international orders, customers may be responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees required by their country.

Verdicart does not control or predict these charges.

Customs policies vary between countries, and customers are encouraged to contact their local customs office for further information.

Failure to pay applicable customs fees may result in delivery delays or the return of the package.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped:

  • A confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent where available.

  • Tracking updates may take 3–7 days to appear in the carrier’s system.

  • Some lower-cost shipping methods may provide limited tracking updates.

If tracking details are not received within 5 business days, please contact our support team.

Multiple Shipments

Because Verdicart works with multiple suppliers and warehouses:

  • Items within the same order may ship separately.

  • Packages may arrive on different dates.

  • Each shipment may have its own tracking number.

This is a standard practice for international operations.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is accurate at checkout.

Verdicart is not responsible for:

  • Orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Failed deliveries due to inaccurate or incomplete address information

If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us immediately. Changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed.

Delayed or Lost Packages

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, we recommend the following steps:

  • Check the tracking information provided

  • Contact your local postal or courier service

  • Contact our support team if the issue remains unresolved

A package may be considered lost if:

  • It has not arrived within 45 business days from the shipment date, or

  • The shipping carrier confirms the package has been lost.

In such cases, Verdicart will offer:

  • A replacement product, or

  • A full refund

Refunds or replacements will be issued after confirmation from the shipping carrier.

Delivered but Not Received

If tracking indicates that a package has been marked as “Delivered” but you have not received it, please:

  • Check with neighbors or household members

  • Contact your local delivery office

  • Wait 1–2 business days, as packages may sometimes be marked delivered before arrival

Verdicart is not responsible for stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. However, we will assist customers in contacting the carrier and initiating an investigation where possible.

Shipping Restrictions

Verdicart ships to most countries worldwide. However, shipping may not be available to:

  • Certain remote locations

  • Countries with restricted import regulations

  • Regions experiencing political or logistical instability

If shipping to your location is not possible, you will be notified and your order will be refunded.

Damaged Items in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

You will be required to provide:

  • Clear photos of the damaged product

  • Photos of the packaging

  • A photo of the shipping label

Once the issue has been reviewed, Verdicart will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
